Safdarjung's Tomb: A mausoleum made of sandstone and marble in Delhi, built in 1754 in the late Mughal Empire style for Nawab Safdarjung. The monument exudes spaciousness and an impressive presence with its domed and arched structures in red, brown, and white. 


Dilli Haat: An open-air market, food plaza, and craft bazaar in Delhi that requires an entrance fee. It showcases India's rich cultural div ersity, blending a traditional bazaar with a modern craft village.  


Jama Masjid: Situated in the Old Delhi area, this is one of the largest mosques in India, constructed by the Mughal emperor Shah Jahan between 1644 and 1656. 


 Chandni Chowk: Nestled in the center of Old Delhi, Chandni Chowk is a bustling shopping district filled with markets brimming with spices, dried fruits, silver jewelry, and colorful saris. The narrow side streets are packed with small shops offering essential oils, stationery, and traditional Indian sweets. 


Humayun's Tomb, situated in Delhi, India, stands as the first grand dynastic mausoleum of the Mughal Empire. Constructed between 1565 and 1572, it was commissioned by Empress Bega Begum in memory of her husband, Emperor Humayun, and later served as an inspiration for architectural wonders such as the Taj Mahal. 


 Khan Market in New Delhi is renowned for being one of the most exclusive, upscale, and pricey shopping destinations in India. Established in 1951, it features a U-shaped heritage market celebrated for its mix of high-end international brands, classic bookstores, and iconic eateries.

  Guidelines for Travelers


   The key safety guidelines include acclimatizing for 24–48 hours in Leh after you arrive, drinking 3-4 liters of water each day to avoid Acute Mountain Sickness (AMS), and bringing extra fuel and cash since ATMs and gas stations are limited.

  Talk to a doctor about using Diamox (Acetazolamide) to help prevent or manage AMS symptoms such as headaches and nausea. Think about bringing portable oxygen cans.


UV RAYS:  Due to the high altitude and thin air, UV rays can be very intense. Always apply sunscreen with a high SPF, and wear polarized sunglasses along with a hat or cap.

Rishikesh: Known as the "Yoga Capital of the World," it boasts riverside ashrams,.  Rishikesh is an exciting spot in Uttarakhand, famous worldwide as the "Yoga Capital of the World" and the "Adventure Capital of India".
